Can I pick up my order?

Pick up is preferred! Pick up is at a private location in Milan, Michigan. Please select the pickup option at checkout and email me wanderingrootsofferings@gmail.com to coordinate a date & time.

I’m also happy to hold onto your order & bring it with me if we determine we will both be attending an upcoming local event. If this option works for you, please ask!

How long will my order take to ship?

You can expect your order to ship in 5-10 business days via USPS or UPS. Tracking information will be provided.

What is your return policy? 

I’m not able to accept returns of any products unless I’ve made a mistake filling your order. Please reach out to me if there are issues and we can work on a resolution together.

What if my package is damaged/lost/stolen?

This is so unfortunate, I’m sorry to hear this! Please file a claim with the carrier service as soon as possible and provide tracking numbers & photos if possible. Wandering Roots is not liable for damaged, lost, or stolen orders and cannot offer refunds for errors of the carrier.
